The food is consistently delicious. Chef Stephanie really cares about satisfying her customers. It’s obvious she loves her job at PF Chang because she adds TLC (tender loving care) to all her dishes!

Always a favorite place to go. Both menu and decor have slightly changed - very nice. However, most recently I place an order for my favorite spare ribs & Mongolian beef but to my disappointment both items lacked the caliber of my usual expectations (putting it mildly). Perhaps it was a bad batch of meat or a newbie at the position. Either way, I am not discouraged from certainly coming back...

The food was tasty, but we went I am guessing that since we went on holidays eve.. I that is why it took more than 1 hour to get our food. Server was kind but waiting time to eat was too long.

Love this place! So happy they’ve opened after COVID. They have tables far enough from others that we felt very comfortable. Wait staff was very attentive as well. I love their dumplings and hot & sour soup!

We used to go to this restaurant for every birthday dinner, but the last couple times was such a disappointment we decided to not go back. I ordered online a couple days ago, (To give the restaurant another chance) food was horrible and I had to throw it away. Not worth the money.

Hot veggie + tofu curry w/brown rice: GREAT tasting! Generous portion - took half to go. Reasonable prices. Overly slavish, yet inattentive service. But cannot withhold 5-star rating. Loved this place!

Coconut mojito one of the best I ever tried. Do not order tiramisu, it is not original recipe and even not close to original. Salad Cesar was delicious. I recommend this place and will go back there with a pleasure.

This spot is my favored. I eat in many restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cooking they serve is so tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Wonderful services. The food is amazing and the price is fair for the comfort this place offer, great for family gatherings or a romantic date with your loved one. If you are doing dinner it is recommended to call for reservation. It gets busy pretty quick at night time and the parking space can be limited. Enjoy the experience

Worst dining experience ever. Kitchen hit the goal of making 03 consecutive mistakes with our dishes, all in just one night. First, they forgot to send the spring rolls we ordered as our appetizers. Then they made the fried rice with eggs, when we had actually ordered it without eggs (one person from our group is allergic to egg, so you can imagine how bad it would be if she had eaten that rice with eggs). Then when they sent the new fried rice to our table, it was served cold and with chicken, when we had orderd it with beef. Food took so long to arrive. Poor management, very disorganized restaurant. Stay away from there!

Have been there twice during the weekend, lunch time... The first time was great, good food and service. The second time, there was a lot of smoke from the kitchen, we had to ask to change tables. All the cups and table were dirty, we asked for new cups and they were dirty as well. We saw a waiter at another table cleaning the glasses... The puff was torn and poorly maintained. We’ve been to other PF Chang’s locations and this is definitely far away from the quality of service and cleanliness of others unfortunately...

Yesterday I went with my family and the food was amazing but the service was ok. The waitress didn’t bring the check, she has credit card machine and ask to my old father for the credit card. He ask for the check and the waitress told him that bill will be send by text because is a new system. My father told her will tip cash and she said “that is ok” And after when he got the text with the receipt saw the tip was in the bill. So, this girl lie just to have double tip. 35 dollars in credit card and 25 in cash. Be careful with your money in this place. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!

My brother and I went to eat there on 07-26-20, The place was literally empty, the greeter told us we had to wait 5–10 min minutes. We waited for more than 20 mins. Another white couple comes in, they got sited right away. She then proceed to lie and say the couple had reservations which was a lie, because the couple expressed that they didn’t even know that they were open. We took our black dollars somewhere else. Made reservations for Father’s Day, and waited an hour to be seated after getting there on time. But food was delicious and staff was very mindful and helpful about the delays throughout the whole process. Hope to return when things get back to normal.

We visited the restaurant for dinner, I expected a good service but tonight the service was awesome, more than we expected. We were serviced by Anthony, since we arrived at the table I noticed his excellent performance offering the difference type of drinks and appetizers. My kids were not sure about which entree to get and he explained every detail and answered all our questions in a very professional manner. Big high five for tonight's service !!!

Really horrible food. All "fried" chicken dishes such as popular sweet and sour chicken or "crispy" honey chicken were not crispy at all. Threw them out immediately after opening. All mushy batter and no crunch at all, just mushy soft something. Feel so bad I threw food out, and my money. Stay away.

This restaurant is certainly one of the most attractive place to eat in the neighborhood. Anytime I visit this place I am incredibly happy. They manage their very high level service and the highest level of meals they serve. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.

Worst place ever. Restaurant litterally empty and we called to make reservation. They told us no wait and he will seat us right away. We get here and have been waiting over 1 hour. They literally are seating every one but us. Rediculous! Don’t come here it’s a joke

I ordered for takeout the day before I would pickup. I was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes before my order’s due and did not receive a call. I didn’t think much about it, but when I arrived to pickup my order they had no record of my order. I kept my calm and waited for them to complete my order (over 40 minutes extra). Customer service was excellent and they did everything to get my order out to me, but once I got home, my order was only half of everything I ordered. I also made some additions to the order, for example: chicken lo mein (no vegetables). I received the lo mein with vegetables which is alright but still a mistake. I ordered two of each thing and only received one of each. Food was still great tho! 👍🏽 yes, I should have checked the receipt, but since I always get what I ask for from this amazing restaurant, I didn’t except it to be how it was.

Food was very good, service was not. Table not set, had to ask many times for cutlery, napkins, ice, main entree took a long time, water not refilled, birthday dessert did not show up. Can get good food elsewhere. Good service counts. For a first time visit...not going back.

I ordered delivery, the delivery time said that would take 1 hour to get delivered and it took 1 hour and 30mins. Food presentation was good. Well packed.Food taste: wasn’t the best, it was between ok and “meh”. I would not repeat it in the future. I won’t recommend it either.

I am very disappointed with their delivery service. My order was missing my main dish, and the soup I ordered should have been extra spicy and it was not spicy at all. I even asked for extra sauce for my dumplings (the tiny amount they gave) and got no extra sauce. I called about my missing dish and I felt like they didn’t even care. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and then they didn’t even try to resolve my issue. This makes me not want to eat here again.

Service was really good. Our server, Javier, was very helpful and when they messed up our order for the sampler he quickly went to the kitchen to get it fixed for us. The food was excellent. This store has the new menu so we tried the duck and the bulgogi steak. The duck was awesome!!! The meat was good too though. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is cause they take way too long to refill the water glasses. (And overall it just takes a long time to get stuff done). The glasses are small too, and I drink lots of water while I eat so it was rather frustrating. I had to ask someone passing by and he only filled my glass and didn’t fill the glasses of the other guests at my table... mind you, this persons job is to fill the glasses with water!! He just walks around with the water jug and he completely missed our table multiple times.

I love this place! They give delicious dishes, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the attitude towards the customers is agreeable. I visit often this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.

THE GREAT SCAM WITH THE SAMURAI'S DAGGER !!!! I am a Doordash driver at this PF Chang's location after sending the catering orders and after the drivers are waiting for delivery for more than 20 minutes they cancel them, this happens with orders that have high tips to deliver to their employees and receive them tips. all thieves lose time, money and work with this location of bandits I do not recommend taking orders. at this location and the company to investigate these facts.

I am completely upset with my experience. I was calling to make a carry out order and spent 30 minutes on hold which is completely understandable because it’s Mother’s Day. Our first-time ever visit to a PF Chang restaurant and what a wonderful surprise it was! The food is crafted with care and respect, resulting in a menu that combines a series of all time favorite dishes from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Singaporean cuisine that will please everyone. Good vibe and ambiance, combined with the crowds waiting in line to get a table are testimony of a great restaurant. Today we have added another top favorite to our list of all time great places to eat. The best part is that the recipes are authentic and true to the originals, so no westernized adaptations, even better, you won't spend a fortune

This place is one of the where when you make a reservation they wait more than 20 minutes to seat you. There’s not enough seats for everyone there. They lie about when your going to be seated!😡😡😡😤
